Cupping

The practitioner creates a suctioning effect with glass, silicone, or plastic cups that are placed on the skin for a specific amount of time. 

This increases blood flow and promotes healing and pain relief to the area. 

After use there may be a dark circle inside where the cup was placed.  This is normal! Little blood vessels are opening under the skin, creating this appearance.  So don't worry! This will heal over time.
